Terms & Condition

1) for wholesale item will be arrive to you minimum 7 days after your confirmation...50 % deposit is required upon booking

2) If you decide to place an order just simply notify thru comment, PM or SMS with mention size or color ( if applicable )

3) Kindly wait for our reply to confirm stock availability and further details ( we will reply your email, PM or sms as soon as possible )

4) Once your order is confirmed, kindly make payment within 48hrs, otherwise the booking will be cancelled automatically

5) Items sold are non-refundable & non-exchangeable. So, please do ask questions to avoid misunderstandings and disstisfaction

6) No cancellation once order is confirmed and paid ( ready stock and pre order )

7) Do notify us after you have done your payment. For each online banking payment, we advice you to print out your copy of payment for future review.

8)We will refund your deposit if the stock is no more available because the stocks are very limited.

9) We will notified you when the stocks arrived. Please pay the rest of payment then. We will not make any sendout until the rest of the full payment is done.

10) Sendout cost will be cover by you unless: (i) stated as'Including Pos Laju' for free shipping using Pos Laju service or (ii) stated as'FREE SHIPPING!!!'; will be post using a NORMAL Registered Mail.

11) Once you have received the goods, kindly send an email notify us. If we do not hear from you within 7 days of business days, we will assume that you have already received the goods.
